These terms govern your use of Penny, operated by Natalia Tomsa (Penny Labs), Moldova. By using Penny, you agree to these terms.
What Penny is
Penny is a personal budgeting and financial tracking app. Penny is not a bank or financial institution, does not hold or transmit money on your behalf, and does not connect to real bank, card, or brokerage accounts. All amounts you enter — expenses, income, budgets, goals, debts, and investments — are self-reported by you, for your own personal tracking.

Penny's budgeting tools, investment tracking, and any in-app tips are provided for informational and personal organizational purposes only. Nothing in Penny constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Penny. If you are a minor under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the app, and, where applicable, to make any in-app purchases.
Penny Pro subscriptions
Penny Pro is offered on a monthly, yearly (with an optional free trial), or one-time lifetime basis. Prices are shown in the app and confirmed by the App Store or Google Play before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Payment is processed and billed entirely by Apple or Google — Penny does not process or store your payment details. To manage or cancel your subscription, use your device's account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play → Subscriptions on Android). Refunds are governed by Apple's or Google's refund policies, not by Penny directly.
Your responsibilities
You agree to use Penny for its intended purpose, not to attempt to manipulate or exploit the app's coin, streak, or reward systems through technical means, and not to use Penny for any unlawful purpose.
Your content
You own the data you enter into Penny. We only use it to provide the app's features to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Penny name, mascot, design, and app content are owned by Penny Labs. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from Penny's branding or content without permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Penny is provided "as is." Currency conversion rates are supplied by a third party and may not always be current or exact — they are for general reference, not financial settlement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Penny and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using Penny and delete your data at any time via the app. We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Penny after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
